The Zero Aries Point is of course the Spring Equinox Point, which in Tropical Astrology is always used to represent the beginning of the Sign of Aries but according to those who believe in the Age of Aquarius, it is this Equinox Point that drifts with the precession of the Equinoxes, and once this drift crosses over the Fixed Star Constellation of Aquarius, the story goes that this will be the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius.
While the exact specifics of when the Age of Aquarius starts has a 200 Year "Wiggle Room", it is still this important Equinox Point which will be hosting a Conjunction of Saturn and Neptune. Traditionally Saturn was the Ruler of the two most Wintery signs: Capricorn and Aquarius.
In Traditional Astrology Saturn is said to do well in these Wintery signs, but struggle against the rise of the light against darkness in the Springtime.
For this reason, Saturn and Neptune conjunct in Aries could mark a critical moment for the old and the aging, against the rising tide of a new era.

With the Saturn-Neptune Archetype we could see this as the Dissolution of New Structures, and perhaps a risk of being overly idealistic about the dawn of a a "new tomorrow". Unfortunately as we all know, the principles of a Free Liberal Democracy have become somewhat of a joke for Russia... many of us Westerners remember the 1990s as an age of Innocence and Optimism. In Russia the transition away from Communism into a "Free Democracy" was not handled very well.
It's also important to recognize that if Saturn-Neptune relates Borders, Walls, Boundaries, both their Construction and Desctruction, that it makes sense that the American Psyche has become posessed by the Spirit of Border Politics in these years where Saturn-Neptune conjunctions are most active. At the same time, we just had a major release of the Epstein files, where the systematic oppression of women and children could also be construed as a violation of boundaries, disregard for the legal age of consent as a disregard for legal boundaries. Is it possible that the political demagogues of this era compensate for their weakness and vulerabilities in one area by attempting to over-perform in the area of National Borders and Boundaries?
